Who we are

Tagwell is a product of Pixedi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Pixedi Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office, registration number [ICO REG NO].

These terms are a contract between you and Pixedi Ltd for the use of Tagwell. If you use Tagwell for a company, you accept them for that company.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Keep access to your email address secure; it is how you sign in.
• You are responsible for what is published on your cards.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tagwell to:

• pretend to be another person or company;
• send spam, run scams or phishing, or collect data you are not allowed to collect;
• publish illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• call or message people who asked for a call back by autodialer, prerecorded voice or SMS; a call back request is for one manual call;
• attack, overload or probe the service.

We may pause a card or account that breaks these rules. Anyone can report a card.

Plans and payment

• Free is free for one card and shows "Made with Tagwell". We may change Free plan limits with notice.
• Pro and Team are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Team needs at least 2 seats. Prices are shown before you pay and taxes are added where they apply.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in force, until you cancel. We show the price and renewal terms before you pay, confirm them by email, and remind you before a yearly plan renews. You can cancel any time online in Settings, Plan and billing, Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.

UK consumers: cooling-off

If you buy as a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days to cancel and get a refund. If you ask us to start the paid service straight away, you agree that the service starts at once and you lose this right once the service has been fully provided; if you cancel within 14 days we may deduct a proportionate amount for the time used.

If you stop paying

Your cards stay live on the Free plan and you keep your leads. Paid features, such as Pro designs and event codes, stop.

Data

For data that visitors leave on your cards, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we use your own account data. You can export and delete your data at any time.

What we can do with Free accounts

• Show "Made with Tagwell" and a sign-up link on Free cards.
• Use your own account details to tell you about Tagwell and, with your consent where the law needs it, Pixedi services.
• Use aggregated statistics from all cards that never identify a person.

We never use the leads you collect for our own marketing.

Liability

We provide Tagwell with reasonable skill and care but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data that you could have backed up.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
