Questions
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings, then Plan and billing, and choose Manage billing. Cancel there in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice you can download from Manage billing.
Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens to my card if I stop paying?
It stays live on the Free plan. You keep your leads. Pro designs and event codes stop.
Can I change the number of seats?
Yes. Add seats any time and pay only for the rest of the period. Team always has at least 2 seats.
